Optimised
Macro
Results.
OMR reads your training, recovery and eating patterns, then adjusts your macros day by day. No calorie maths and no generic plans. Built for people who lift, and tested on its founder before anyone else gets access.
Your macros follow your training
Most apps give you one number and leave it there. OMR moves with the week you actually have.
Tell it your goal
A short onboarding covers your goal, body stats and training routine. It sets your starting targets from there.
Log what you do
Training sessions, sleep and meals feed in each day. Kettlebell and strength work are first-class, not an afterthought.
Get daily targets
Protein, carbs and fat update to match the day's load, with corrections when you drift off track.
Build muscle and burn calories in the same session
Kettlebell Builder is the 26-week OMR training programme. Every session lifts first to build muscle, then finishes with a short kettlebell circuit to chisel it. Build, then chisel.
Lift first, while you're fresh
Five or six gym lifts a day across back and triceps, chest and biceps, shoulders and legs. Add reps week to week, then add weight, so your body keeps having a reason to grow.
Chisel with kettlebells
Straight after lifting comes a 10 to 20 minute kettlebell circuit. Swings, cleans, goblet squats and snatches in rounds with short rests keep your heart rate up to finish the session.
Starts easy, earns its rounds
Beginners open with 2 rounds. Rounds climb phase by phase, with planned deload weeks, and week 26 tests how far you've come. One kettlebell is enough.
Pairs with your macros. Log a kettlebell session and OMR adjusts that day's targets. Kettlebell Builder comes with OMR Complete. Join the waitlist to get first access when it opens.

Built by someone who needed it.
I'm Omar. I've trained since I was 16 and still struggled with consistency and weight for years. In September 2025 I was 127kg. Today I'm around 108kg, using the same plan that's inside OMR.
I'm the first user. If it doesn't work for me, it doesn't ship. I'm also working towards my Level 2 and 3 PT qualifications, and OMR launches in 2027.
Join the waitlist and come along from the start. You'll get launch news and first access, nothing else.
